DELEGATION OF POWER FOR SALE OF CHAMETZ

Note: If possible, all hametz – food not acceptable during Pesach (Passover), or materials used for these foods, should be given away before the holiday begins. If this is not possible, the hametz should be stored in a way that it will not be used during the holiday. The purpose of this document is the transfer the ownership to a non-Jew until after the holiday. Please complete the form below and return it no later than April 4th, 2023. I, the undersigned appoint Rabbi Danielle Parmenter and Hazzan Arlyne Unger as my true and lawful representatives to act in my place, for me and in my behalf, to sell all hametz owned and possessed by me, knowingly or unknowingly, and any materials, cooking implements, containers or surfaces that may have been in contact with hametz, and to lease all places where the aforementioned hametz owned or possessed by me may be found.

Rabbi Danielle Parmenter and Hazzan Arlyne Unger have the full authority to assign or appoint a substitute to act in my behalf. I do hereby ratify and confirm all that Rabbi Parmenter and Hazzan Unger do on my behalf.
