Inclusivity & Equity
Darchei Noam is a welcoming and loving community that celebrates Jews and their allies from all walks of life irrespective of gender expression, race, ethnicity, exceptionality, sexual orientation, family make-up, economic background or Jewish identity.
At Darchei Noam we strive to provide a synagogue community free of barriers. We will provide an environment that is completely wheelchair accessible, has ample parking for those in need, has limited visual barriers and improved sight lines, and where acoustics are taken into account to maximize sound quality and reduce white noise. If additional accommodations are needed such as Assisted Listening Devices, Large Print or Braille print, or interpreters - Darchei Noam will happily provide those, and other accommodations.
The leadership at Darchei Noam has done inclusivity and equity training as making all members of the community feel welcomed, seen, and respected for exactly who they are.
Should you be in need of any accommodations please let us know.
*Service animals are welcomed at Darchei Noam. Should you have any questions, please contact Renee.
