Planning an Oneg or Kiddush
B'nai Mitzvah
At Darchei Noam, we place a very high value on the b’nai mitzvah experience for the entire family, as we feel it is an important step in each family’s Jewish journey. We provide a warm and supportive environment for your family to have a positive and meaningful experience.
Through weekly individual tutoring sessions, we will build confidence and trust in your child to feel prepared for this important moment. We will offer recordings and written texts to both the b’nai mitzvah child and any family members or friends who wish to participate in the service, as well as personal guidance and support from our clergy team. We truly see the b’nai mitzvah ceremony as both a family and a community celebration.
As indicated by our community’s name, Darchei Noam, we believe that there are many valid paths in our Jewish journeys. To this end, we strive to make each b’nai mitzvah celebration as personal and individualized as possible. Therefore, our clergy team will work directly with you to craft the most appropriate and meaningful b’nai mitzvah experience for your child and your family, while retaining community participation in this wonderful mitzvah.
