Please be sure to let us know exactly how you would like it to look.
A photo proof will be sent to you prior to ordering.
Please keep in mind there is not a lot of room on the plaque. We are happy to help you determine what to add.

Each year, on the yahrzeit of the departed, and on other appropriate occasions in accordance with Jewish custom, a light will be lit next to the memorial plaque.
